Our tiny tots class introduces dance to our tinest dancers in a way that incorporates dance, creativity, imagination, and lots of FUN! Each class will be a 60-minute combination class where dancers will learn majorette, ballet, and acro.
Ballet is one of the most traditional and classical styles of dance. Dancers will learn technique, alignment, and body placement. This class is open to all ages and will be separated by skill level.
AcroDance, or acro as it is commonly referred to by dancers and dance professionals, is the beautiful fusion of classic dance technique and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements. Acro is an especially challenging style for dancers to master as training in both dance and acrobatic elements is required. Acro technique includes balancing, limbering, tumbling and partnering, based in flexibility, contortion and strength.
Hip-hop dance refers to street dance styles primarily performed in hip-hop music. Dancers will learn various techniques and styles in hip-hop.
Lyrical and Contemporary classes are some of the most popular dance styles today. Lyrical and Contemporary classes work on fluidity, performance qualities, and emotional execution. Jazz technique classes will teach and improve dancers' turns, leaps, jumps, and flexibility.
This class is built to introduce you to the varied styles of Afro-dance through training drills and choreography from ndombolo, Azonto, and many more African street dance styles. This class is open for all levels and ages.
This class introduces traditional j-settes, parade, & majorette choreography. This class is perfect if your dancer wants to join an HBCU Danceline.
WINNING IS AMAZING BUT TRAINING? IS EVERYTHING! We pride ourselves on offering top-notch training, regardless of whether dancers wish to have a career in dance or not. While our team has received an astonishing amount of awards, to us that isn't what is most important. Our team is learning and growth focused, not focused solely on winning awards. We work hard, and challenge our kids, but teach them the importance of growing as people and as dancers vs. the importance of win
Our training class is designed to prepare dancers to join our competitive team. Dancers will train between 5-8 hours per week.
Our competition team is for our intermidate/advanced dancers. Dancers will train between 8-12 hours per week.
